Hands-On Learning | Getting the Most Mileage Out of Master Loads
You will see our remaining 7 orders.
4) Close the Review Route Exceptions window and click the
Ship Route button at the bottom of the page to ship route 1.
5) A pop-up will be displayed. Click OK to proceed.
6) The Ship Route Manifest window will display requested
additional optional information. Click Continue to process
the shipment.
7) One last warning will be displayed. Click Yes to proceed
and Latitude will ship all the selected Master Loads for the
selected route.
Truck Shipping (RF)
Truck shipping involves loading Master Loads to a truck,
then closing/shipping the truck completes the route
shipment.
1) Pick the next order, using the process above and stage it to
a new Master Load (00000004).
2) Close the Master Load.
3) Now load the Master Load onto the truck with the truck
load RF function: Main Menu 2) Orders 2) Ship 6)
Master Load 2) Load Master Load.
