feature 31 August 2009 Working closely with Majestic, the posh houseboat met the high expectations of both grandson and grandfather and grand- mother approved the new houseboat as well. "We spend a lot of time on this boat and I couldn't be hap- pier with the quality," says Jimmy. "We are very pleased with the work and craftsmanship and we knew they would build us a great boat." "We've enjoyed working with Faye Womack at Majestic as well," adds Kent. "She assists with the interior decorating—se- lecting and finding things as well as actually custom making all the interior and exterior custom canvas, fabric headboards, seat cushions, pillows and bed spreads. "I build large tank barges in shipyards and one thing in my ex- perience of building is that it's impossible to not have changes, additions or modifications no matter how organized you are. With Majestic, we had changes, but they were always so fair and honest to work with. We'd draw something out while the boat was in production and Mitchell and Bill would always exceed our expectations in what they actually designed and built. The people at Majestic are honest, fair people who do things right the first time. Anybody that has the same mentality would have fun building a boat with them." The Party Is Here When Kent isn't entertaining business clients, the HF ONE houseboat is normally packed with friends and family. The boat is kept at the Cherokee Lake Marina on Old Hickory Lake (Cumberland River) in Tennessee because it's the lake both he Video Elite Status. Last March Jimmy and Mae Etta Hines celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. The couple has had a boat on Old Hickory Lake in Tennessee since the early 1970s and are currently on their third houseboat.
