On the heels of success with Shelborne South Beach, Keith and Jared immediately became presented with multiple development opportunities. With these in queue, Menin Hotels announced its latest project, Gale South Beach & Regent Hotel, opening early December 2012. Originally built in 1941 by Miami architect L. Murray Dixon, the historic property is located in the heart of South Beach, on the Southwest corner of 17th Street and Collins Avenue. Maintaining its original name and structure, the joined sister boutique hotels will open its doors following a $35 million restoration and renovation to reveal an updated Italian Riviera-influenced design that pays homage to its vintage Miami roots. with the city, historians and conservationists to ensure that our new vision adhere to the original."
