After a day around race trucks, Ensenada offers a different kind
of fuel.
The city is famous for its seafood, and some of its most
memorable dishes come from the simplest places: fish taco
stands, colorful mariscos carts, family-run restaurants, and
waterfront spots serving fresh catches from the Pacific.
