BY JOHN BORTON J im Harbaugh didn't have any time to waste once he got the niceties of introductions out of the way. He had a team to meet, winter conditioning to begin, and re- cruiting as an avenue of upgrading the roster. He couldn't do it by himself, though, and began immediately look- ing to bring on a handpicked team of assistants. What he came up with could be turning heads across the col- lege football landscape before long. You've got to have a tremendous want-to. "What makes a great offensive line is tremendous brotherhood. You get to a point where they start to take it over, take pride in it. You've got to be demanding, have to get them to trust you, to trust one another." On the defensive side of the foot- ball, the Wolverines appear to have the best of both worlds.
