defensive end/linebacker Anthony Spencer to
a one-year deal.
It reunites him with former Dallas
defensive coordinator Rob Ryan, who is the
DC for the Saints. Spencer enjoyed his best
two seasons under Ryan in Dallas, collecting
17 sacks and six forced fumbles in 2011 and
2012. But an injury in 2013 limited him to one
game and he was a reserve only last season
for the Cowboys.
