can make the difference towards winning a championship. One perfect example of this was Larry Connor, who dominated the Trophy Truck Spec. class, winning every race, including the 48th Bud Light SCORE Baja 1000 which was one of the highlights of his career. Likewise, Chad Broughton, competing in Class-3000, proved that he could remain undefeated in every SCORE race throughout the season, making 2015 his third SCORE championship under his belt. While not setting a perfect season record of five race wins, some teams still managed to pull together three or four race wins to nonetheless dominate their classes. Among these is Aaron Ampudia in Class-1/2 1600 who nearly won every race in this highly respected class among SCORE racers. With the help of his teammates, he maintained a dominant points lead throughout the season and capped it off with a win at the SCORE Baja 1000, earning him a third championship. Others that also had a nearly perfect season, and won a championship in their class, were Victor Cesena in Class-5, and Derek Fletcher in Sportsman Buggy. Both earned their third SCORE championships, while veteran racer Dan Chamlee in Class-7 seemed unbeatable, and ended the season with his second championship in that class. No one seemed to feel this more than the Class-1 and Class-10 teams who seemed to have suffered through many broken pieces, flat tires at each race. Nevertheless, after parts were changed on the course, and the dust settled, the Reid family took both class championships. It was the first SCORE career season class championship for Shelby Reid in Class-1 while her son Cody Reid won the Class-10 SCORE Championship for the second time in a row. It also marks the first time that a mother and son team won a championship together in the same season. One of the other highlights of the SCORE 2015 season was the growing participation in the UTV Class-19. This class had the most entries during the entire racing season and continues to grow. With Polaris being the top vehicle of choice for most of the racers in this class, and earning the SCORE UTV Manufacturer Of The Year, it was a difficult season to determine TAVO VILDOSOLA USED HIS EXPERIENCE AND SET THE PACE FOR THE SCORE TROPHY TRUCK DIVISION, WINNING THE BUD LIGHT SCORE SAN FELIPE 250.
