According to SCORE CEO
Roger Norman, several new
media and marketing channels
are a result of SCORE working
to gain additional branding
that can be a great benefit
to participants and sponsors.
"Aside from putting on races
and all the logistics to pull that
off successfully, our focus is
also on helping racers and
teams to get sponsors," says
Norman. "During its early days,
there really wasn't anything
for SCORE's major sponsors to
get involved in. Now we have
international television coverage,
a digital magazine and much
more. This allows us to unlock
the value of what we're doing."
