Dear Angie Owens,
I'm really happy to tell you how great your team
was last week on a loan I took on a Lamborghini
Aventador SV. I hadn't planned to fi nance the
vehicle and only reached out a couple days before
I had already committed to closing with the dealer. I
wasn't sure this loan would be in your wheelhouse,
so my request was simply for a quick decision. I
heard from Susan Longley, then Debra Shumate
almost immediately after my initial contact. I'm
not sure what happened behind the scenes, but J
Hernandez is an exceptional representative of your
organization. He kept me fully apprised of the loan
status which made it simple to plan how I was going
to close on the vehicle, on a bank holiday no less. I
appreciate that your team went above and beyond to
respond to the loan request and it's an added bonus
the loan was approved at an attractive rate.
