PRODUCTS NEW 110V welder Snap-on's 110V welder is built to handle ΒΌ-inch material in a single pass with 140-amp maximum output at a 60 percent duty cycle. The welder's all- copper-wound transformer features Nomex insulation and bolted lamina- tions to add voltage control and repeatable welds, while the capacitor bank and diode set are built to deliver consistent voltage and smooth-arc charac- teristics. The wire feed assembly is constructed of precision-machined cast aluminum that features all-metal gearing and an 800 in/min delivery for con- sistent wire speeds. The welder comes with running gear and a flow meter/ regulator; optional accessories allow for aluminum and steel welding. High-capacity bearings and gear designs provide torque ratings up to 590 lb.-ft. with no need to derate the PTO for continuous applica- tions. The 511 has four shift options integrated into its housing for a space-sav- ing design, as well as 17 mounting adapters that allow it to fit on a wide variety of transmissions. The cam lock shift mechanism is designed to provide positive engagement for each shift cycle, while four direct-mount pump flange options combined with the company's Wet Spline design help provide increased PTO and pump shaft life. The mat is engineered to absorb oils, coolants, solvents and water, while its poly backing creates an additional barrier to help prevent absorbed liquids from passing through to the floor. A spunbond top layer with heavy-duty stitching and eight layers of fine-fiber polypropylene help enhance liquid absorption and retention. The mat can be cut with scissors or a utility knife to fit smaller applications such as workbench and toolbox liners. New Pig Corp.
