The welder's all- copper-wound transformer features Nomex insulation and bolted lamina- tions to add voltage control and repeatable welds, while the capacitor bank and diode set are built to deliver consistent voltage and smooth-arc charac- teristics. The wire feed assembly is constructed of precision-machined cast aluminum that features all-metal gearing and an 800 in/min delivery for con- sistent wire speeds.
