This past year has been both a busy and exci ng one for the Board. The Board con nues to focus on strategic planning. We have refined the vision, mission state- ment, and guiding values of the PFMRC. With the assistance of a consultant through the Telfer's School of Management, University of O awa, we have also developed five pillars that represent our strategic priori es for the next three to five years in suppor ng Military families. The Board will con nue to put forth the me, effort and exper se into se ng the strategic direc on of the Agency and we look forward to publishing our final plan in the near future. The Board also con nued to further the Agency's Accred- ita on Standards. In order to reach Qmentum status with Accredita on Canada, we con nue to review and update various governance documents and policies. This process will con nue into the next year. As I've se led in to the Chair posi on, one of the things I have enjoyed the most is ge ng to know the individuals that work at the PMFRC and witness firsthand the excep onal programming and
