Another Banner Season For Women;
Men Battle Inexperience

The Purdue bench erupts as the Boilermakers zero in on another
Big Ten Tournament title. Purdue made easy work of Michigan
State with a 62-47 win. Just 10 days earlier, the Spartans had
beaten the Boilermakers by seven in Mackey Arena.

Taylor Manuel showed some promise in the middle, averaging
8.1 points and 3.2 boards a game as a rookie. Though she never
cracked the starting lineup, her recent abrupt transfer leaves a
hole for Purdue to fill in the 2013-14 season.
