GUESTLIST RECOMMENDS
HEIST
Heist has been established as a DJ for over 15 years. For 12 of those
years Heist had also been producing, featuring on a number of
big labels. Heist has seen a continued support from many figures
in Drum & Bass, and shows no sign of slowing down, rather the
opposite as he and his imprint/club night, Sumo Beatz are being
launched into the limelight. Heist proves time and time again, with
each new track/remix that he has formidable productions skills
and an ear of mixing music giving him the ability to destroy any
dance floor, it does seem that there isn't an end to how far Heist
can push the boundaries of Drum & Bass.
Hailing from Essex, Heist is no stranger to the Drum & Bass scene 'and shows
no signs of slowing down – rather the opposite'. Now running his own night in
his hometown of Colchester, Sumo Beatz is showing the town how to really get
down.

PLAYAZ EASTER SPECIAL
The Easter Bunny seems to have a big-
ger surprise than ever for all Fabric's
lovers this year.
EVENT PREVIEW
SHOGUN AUDIO LONDON
Following 2 years of hosting some of
the biggest warehouse parties London
has seen, Shogun Audio return to the
capital this April for one mega show-
case at Fire.
When Fabric hands over the
entire club to DJ Hype and
Pascal's Playaz imprint you
can always expect something
clamorous. They know how to
party and how to programme
rooms that complement each
other and as a result, for this
year's Easter special the regu-
lar octane force of Room One
is powered by Ed Rush & Op-
tical, TC, Hazard, Original Sin,
Taxman and Prolix.
Room Two features Scratch
Perverts headlining alongside
the welcome return of True
Tiger.
Riding high off the label's suc-
cess in 2013, and picking up
speed for the monumental 10
years of Shogun festivities, the
night will showcase an exten-
sive range of talent the label
has harnessed. Friction will
hold a 2 hours set, and Calyx
and Teebe will be the Special
Guest. Icicle, Spectrasoul,
Rockwell, Randall and many
others will be there just to
make something crazy out of
your night.
