Boilers Return To Big Dance
Tough loss shortens stay in Louisville

of a re-shuffled NCAA Tournament
broadcast crew.
The Boilermakers mixed it up during their open practice Friday at KFC Yum! Center. Sophomore
Basil Smotherman was heavily defended by Vince Edwards during halfcourt work.
Being getting on the court to practice at KFC Yum! Center,
the venue for the game, the Boilermakers worked out at
Spalding University.

dance for the game. The former star
guard for the 1999 national champi-
ons works as an engineer for Toyota
in nearby Georgetown, Ky. She had
recently served as an assistant ath-
letics director for women's basketball
at the University of Kentucky after
a stint as an assistant for Sharon
Versyp at her alma mater from
2009-11.
