FUN AND DREAMY WORLD OF MAYAYA
Our dear fashion junkies we wanted to share with you a new fashion label. We chatted to the two Croatian girls living in London and sharing the same name-Maja and Maja. Both of them are designers and just recently started this independent and innovative label. Let us introduce you to their new creative concept...
How did you get the idea of making quirky, fun hair accessories?
It came naturally. We both love to experiment with fashion but are not that keen on spending too much money on something that we could do ourselves. There's a funny story related to our beginnings. Some time ago, we were getting ready for this big party. We were trying different combinations but nothing quite worked, I mean it did but it just lacked that certain something to make it spot on. After a while we kind of almost gave up on finding that perfect look, but then at the last moment, we got this fucking amazing idea from nowhere, and in 5 minutes made the most perfect accessory from some

The inspiration is everywhere around us. Different seasons,

What do you want to give to the people through your design?
We oppose mass production and promote quality, creative process and the joy of making. Every accessory we make
is an embodiment of skills, ideas, effort and time that are needed to make a good peice of design.
