PROPOSAL OF SERVICES FOR PURCHASE COLLEGE FOUNDATION | Page 17 Value add for clients We make significant investments in technology to provide more granular transparency, risk metrics and analytics so that decision-making on behalf of clients is nimble and streamlined based on an informed view of the portfolio. We find our clients are satisfied with the tools and analyses we provide them. Many clients run custom reports, and we work with some organizations to create custom reports based on their specific needs. What safeguards do you have in place to insure client confidentiality? What steps have you taken to combat a cybersecurity threat? The Board of Directors of SEIC is committed to protecting the confidentiality and integrity of the information to which it has been entrusted by its clients. This same commitment extends to SEIC's proprietary information, its products, the information systems and technology infrastructure, as well as the services which it provides. Our Privacy Policy describes how the business units of SEIC collect client information, share client information with affiliates and third-party service providers and protect client information. The policy governs the activities for all SEIC business units. As a global financial services company servicing other sophisticated financial intermediaries and their clients, SEIC, its vendors and clients are not immune from cyber threats and security incidents. SEIC files annual, quarterly, and other reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K. To the extent that any of such matters are material, SEIC discloses such matters in those filings, which are available online at seic.com/investors. SEIC takes security matters seriously, and we continuously seek to improve our security program based on industry guidance and learning from specific incidents. SEIC is committed to protecting the information to which it has been entrusted by its clients. SEIC has implemented a comprehensive security infrastructure as part of its continued commitment to protect client data. This same commitment extends to SEIC's information, its products, information systems and technology infrastructure, as well as the services it provides. The purpose of the SEI Information Security Program is to provide a framework for protecting electronic information and other intellectual property from unauthorized disclosure, modification or misuse. The program was designed and implemented to maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability of SEI's information resources and client information. The Information Security Policies are based on NIST standards. Policy standards are reviewed and audited annually based on FISAP standards and questionnaire. A FISAP-certified audit team reviews the policies and controls in place and produces the Standardized Controls Assessment (SCA) report. Additionally, SEI policies are audited annually by the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC).
