Jim not only shares his passion for food and entertaining with guests and staff, but with his family, too. Jim grew up in the restaurant business, busing tables from the age of 12 at the diner where his grandmother worked. He and his wife, Terri, the true woman behind the man, went on to raise their own children, Jimmy and Brittany, in restaurants, too, where they worked prepping, hosting, busing, and learning the business inside and out. Jim's children have followed in his footsteps, joining him on his journey to fulfill his dream of owning successful restaurants. They did it out of the same love and passion that has always driven and guided their father. Jimmy joined the company in 2012 as the Director of Operations and is now a partner, and Brittany recently joined as the Director of Marketing and Special Projects. Now that the company has grown to four restaurants strong, it's the definition of a true family business. Not only do Jim (CEO), Terri (Comptroller), Jimmy, and Brittany actively work full-time within the company, their spouses, Katelyn, Professor of Human Development and Human Services at Merrimack College and Todd, Senior Product Information Analyst at Putnam Investments, know and understand the hard work that goes into running a business and fully support their goals.
