His first office consisted of two saw horses and a sheet of plywood for his office desk. Now, after nearly 30 years of delivering high-quality craftsmanship and creating successful relationships, we have become one of the region's premier firms. Jim is also sharing his legacy with his sons, Paul and Lucas, who add their own unique sensibilities to the firm. Paul brings a fresh outlook and creativity to the table, along with a sustainability mindset that he honed studying environmental studies at the University of Vermont. Lucas, owner of Lucas Hobbes O'Neil Photography, is our official photographer, providing beautiful images that further set the firm apart. With the creation of the O'Neil Remodeling Charity Trust, we have found a way to give back to the community and redefine our commitment to service. For our first project, we worked with local designers and builders to remodel a home for a couple that had suffered a major tragedy and needed a handicap accessible home.
