First thing you need to do is pierce your two potatoes
with a fork and put them into the oven to let bake for
an hour.
After about 40 minutes of baking, cut up one diced
chicken into small pieces and place in a hot pan. Whilst
the chicken is cooking cut up the bacon again into
small pieces and throw it in the pan.
Let the meat cook through, then add the Carbonara
sauce and let it simmer for around five minutes.
The next step is to take the potatoes out of the oven
and cut them in half. Spoon the potato out from the
middle so that there is space to put in the filling, making sure you leave enough potato around the edges.
Once the mixer has finished simmering, spoon it
equally into the potato skins.
Take the grated cheese and sprinkle it over the skins
then put them into the oven for around 10 minutes to
let the cheese melt. Once the cheese is perfectly melted, take the skins out and enjoy.
First thing you need to do is cook the mince in a hot
pan, whilst the mince is cooking away add half a
chopped onion to the pan. As the mince and onions
are being cooked add the peas to the pan.
Once everything in the pan has been cooked add
400g of chopped tomatoes. At the same time as the
pan is simmering away make half a mug of gravy.
Once the gravy is made, pour it into the pan and add a
bit of extra flavour with tomato puree.
The amount of chilli powder you want to use will vary
from person to person. Some like it hot and some
more mild so it's best to check with who is going to
be eating it!
Having put all the ingredients in the pan, let everything simmer for around 10 minutes.
The next step is to prepare what you would like inside
your burrito. Multiple things can be added, for example, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese etc.
The final step is to heat up the tortillas, this is usually
around 8 seconds per tortillas, but read the instructions to be safe. Now everything has been cooked,
add the chilli and toppings to the tortilla wraps and
enjoy.
