Date Of Official Visit To Michigan: Dec. 13, 2013. QUOTABLE Brady Hoke's Comments: "He's a guy with a lot of quickness off the ball, a guy who can harass the quarterback. He's strong at the point of attack, good fundamentally, and has good speed and long arms." Tom Lemming of Prep Football Report: "He and Malik McDowell are on the same team, and Marshall was every bit as good as McDowell. He's just three inches or so shorter. I actually thought he might have been better during their senior year at Southfield. Both are blue-chippers. He's an outside linebacker or defensive end, and he dominated this year at Southfield." Why Marshall Chose Michigan: "I chose Michigan because it was close to home. They have a great coaching staff, and because of the educational op- portunities, too." Head Coach's Comments: "He played junior varsity for us as a sophomore, but he really dedicated himself on the field and the classroom, and developed into an impact player," Southfield head coach Tim Conley said.
