Christopher Nolan has given us many seminal films. His best include Inception, The Dark Knight and The Prestige and, after two years. Nolan is about to give us all another masterpiece. The cast that he has picked for this film is absolutely stun- ning, Matthew McConnaughey - who is now at the peak of his career after star- ring in True Detective and Dallas Buyers Club - is the man who takes the main role. The cast also includes Anne Hathaway, Michael Caine, Casey Affleck and Jessica Chastain. This is the ensemble cast of the year for me and they will produce a per- formance to remember. The film is about Space travel, the human race is strug- gling and does not have many years left because they have depleted all of the re- sources on earth. They discover a worm- hole that they hope will lead them to a new world that the human race can find refuge on. They pick out two astronauts to go and explore the universe. McCon- naughey is faced with a dilemma, stay with his family and watch them all die in front of his eyes or take the mission and save the human race but face the pros- pect of never seeing them again. Christopher Nolan is going to bring us yet another epic. The battle between Gravity and Interstellar is one I expect to emerge from this. 7 37 Issue 68 / 2014 FILM Into the Woods- December 25th Walt Disney Picture is getting ready to give another surprising Christmas present to movie and fairytales lovers.
