A center squealer band helps strengthen the drum, while cast-in exterior ribs help conduct heat away from the brake surface. A wear indicator on the drive and trailer axle drums helps maximize available life while saving labor time and cost. Model 20425 is powered by standard shop or tire service truck air at 100 psi to create a bead-breaking force of more than 5,000 pounds. The unit will handle all truck tire/wheel sizes from 19½ through 24½ inches, including super singles and wide-base tires/wheels.
