SXSW CONNECTION CENTERS = INFORMATION JOJO MARION FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Connection Centers are conveniently located info booths staffed with SXSW volunteers who can answer your questions and are in charge of lost and found items. Connection Centers also provide computers for accessing the SXSW online schedule and other online content, or look through program and pocket guides. While youre there, use the computers to check SXsocial or your email, or tune in on the headphones and watch film trailers, or listen to Official Showcasing artists. See the ACC maps for locations (see pages 238 and 239). Q: How can I get in touch with other attendees? A: Your SXsocial account. Q: FAQ is great, but I need real-time answers from a real life person. What should I do? A: Come to the Panelist Check-in kiosk in Registration (Exhibit Hall 1). Someone there will be able to help. Q: Am I guaranteed admission to all evening events? A: No. While an Interactive, Gold or Platinum badge is required for admission, entry is filled on a first-come, first-served basis and pending venue capacity. Q: How do I get more info about SXSW? A: Theres a lot thats new for 2013; stay on track and find out whats in store for the next day with our nightly Interactive Festival updates sent to your email. Also, check out Twitter for #SXSWtips. Q: There is so much going on at SXSW. How can I get a quick recap of the most news-worthy events that have happened in the last 24 hours? A: Our Meet Ups are an informal way to meet others with like-minded interests. Q: Can I let my friend or colleague use my badge?
