Chosen by NABCA Chairman and Vermont Department of Liquor Control Chairwoman, Stephanie O'Brien, the theme focused on navigating an industry in flux. Control states that adapt to changing consumer sentiments, industry trends and market forces are least likely to face threats of privatization. Live from the NABCA Conference TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CHANGE Following the event, the chairman's role passed to Andrew Deloney of the Michigan Liquor Control Commission, who chose "Bridging Divides" as his theme for the next year. After Deloney's year-long term as Chair, Virginia's Jeffrey Painter will assume the role at next year's conference.
