The junior running back was the Boilermakers' best offensive weapon as a receiver for much of the day, leading Purdue with nine catches for 72 yards, both career bests for the junior. Walk-on Collin Link (right) came up big defensively on a couple plays, including Purdue's lone sack of the day when he got to Tommy Rees off a delayed blitz. When Taylor Richards helped force a fumble in the fourth quarter, the Boilermakers were poised for a lastminute comeback. But the offense was unable to move the ball after taking over at Purdue's 44-yard line. Things were looking good for Purdue when B.J. Knauf hauled in this 18-yard scoring reception, breaking a pair of tackles along the way, with 6:28 left in the third. The play gave the Boilermakers a 17-10 lead.
