We have put together our top picks to get involved with on this weekend, so grab a beer or two and have a big one! FREE NOTTING HILL CARNIVAL JERK CHICKEN CRAZY! It has been setting the London streets on friendly fire since 1966 and this year will not be any exception. From the most outrageous cultural dancing to flaming floats riding the trodden on streets through Oxford Circus and Regent St, you'll find people of different backgrounds who all love a bit of jerkin' in their life. Caribbean cuisine takes over whilst over 1 million revellers hit up the carnival to celebrate everything Carib- bean! The amazing show stopping Carnival Bands will take to the roads from around 9am on Sunday 26th August and the same time on Monday 27th of August. Sunday is Children's day so take your kids on an adventure and then leave the Monday as an after party for yourself. The Carnival parade should complete its procession by 7pm but you can continue until daylight! Your August bank holiday is sorted, just make sure you book the next day off work (or pull a convincing sickie).
