The junior point guard suffered a concussion against Northwestern on Wednesday, her second of the season, when she and Wildcat guard Ashley Dearly collided near the 16-minute mark. Wilson didn't play the rest of the game — Purdue lost in overtime — as she retreated to the locker room and didn't return. Wilson didn't make the trip to Rut- gers, where the Scarlet Knights beat the Boilermakers 78-49. "Her numbers are going up," Coach Sharon Versyp said before the Rutgers' game, regarding Wilson's concussions. It's the third of her career. "So we don't know when we'll have her back." Wilson's absence was felt against Rutgers; Purdue committed 22 turn- overs, with the Knights converting those to 30 points. They also scored 50 points in the paint, many on fastbreak layups.
