Night Bass will now be taking it up a gear by becoming its own record label. The brand will be able to give stronger support to the bass music that it loves. Night Bass Records will kick things off at the end of June with an EP featuring works from DJ Q, GotSome, Jack Beats and of course the head honcho himself, AC Slater. Crosswalk Presents: Vol. 1 will feature tracks from established acts as well as emerging producers. Crosswalk's strong identity is conveyed through the use of bold, colourful graphics created by French design studio Les Zinc. The artwork represents the light-hearted spirit of the artists' tropical sounds. The animated video for the lead track 'Around The Fire' from up-and-coming duo Ofenbach is an extension of this spirit. Other highlights include a cut from Swiss producer Sebastian Carter and Aela Kae, 'Are You With Me' from young Belgian producer Lost Frequencies, which was recently featured as BBC Radio 1's Track of the Day, 'Crazy Love' from MÖWE, De Hofnar, and Freddy Verano, and 'Let Go' from Aloka. The remaining artists represent what Crosswalk call "an adventure of eclecticism aimed to diffuse universal music without concession". Already boasting a dedicated following in the tropical house scene, Crosswalk's Crosswalk Presents: Vol. 1 is sure to prove one of this summer's successes. 36 Issue 76 / 2015 HOUSE/ tEcHnO guestlist.net Left Tiefschwarz Figure Of Speech Detroit Swindle Private Show EP (traktor Remix Sets) Emanuel Satie Dioneli EP Cuartero Pound For Pound Mark Fanciulli, Daniel Dubb Just EP Bicep Dawn til Dusk Ross Evans Boy Boy Boy Andhim Big Slug Pinch, Mumdance Orbit EP Cera Alba, Seff Finish Me Endian Berlin chronicles EP Fur Coat new releaSeS More @ guestlist.net/house With some soulful, atmospheric vocals from singer/songwriter Rae, house/garage producer DJ S.K.T has created a straight-up summer banger.
