SCORE JOURNAL 9 BAJA NEWS Ensenada The Season of Sun Begins As spring reaches its peak along the Pacic coast, Ensenada begins its transition into the most dynamic time of the year. Longer days, warmer waters, and a renewed energy across the city signal the start of the high tourism season—when Ensenada fully opens itself to the world. This is not simply a change in temperature. It is a change in rhythm. The sea takes the lead. The coastline becomes more active, the valleys come alive with visitors, and the entire destination shifts into a phase dened by movement, exploration, and connection. From the Pacic Ocean to the inland valleys, everything begins to align. Fishing boats depart before sunrise, heading into deeper waters as the sportshing season intensies. Yellowtail, tuna, and other seasonal species attract anglers from across the region, positioning Ensenada as one of the most important nautical gateways in the Mexican Pacic. Marinas become hubs of activity. The ocean, once again, becomes both livelihood and experience. At the same time, the city's culinary identity expands.
