Supporting the 30 year old will be Mercury Prize winning artist James Blake. Kendrick's DAMN was released in April of this year and has since been considered a "masterpiece" by critics. With tickets already on sale, you better get yours before you regret it! Wild Pitch: The Story DJ Pierre, acid house pioneer famous for countless cuts over the years, announced his first full length album. Featuring some fresh material and remixed versions of classic tracks. Coming at the end of November, this album looks hella huge. 10 Years of Mr Happy It's one of the biggest tracks in modern drum & bass. Heard at almost all major dnb events at some point, Mr Happy is the result of a DJ Hazard & Distorted Minds studio sesh back in 2007. This month saw the tunes 10th birthday, and judging by how often it's still played today, still sounds just as good. Happy Birthday British indie band Wild Beasts split up The four piece have broken up after 13 years together. Known for their album Two Dancers which saw them gain a Mercury nomination the band posted a letter on Twitter saying, "The four of us have decided, for our own reasons and in our own ways, that it is now time to leave this orbit. We're caretakers to something precious and don't want to have it diminish as we move forwards in our lives." Neville Garrick reveals lost lyrics for Marley's song 'Time Will Tell' Neville Garrick the man behind the look of several of the Bob Marley & Wailers albums was also known as "the keeper of the songbook." During the 14th episode of his video blog Garrick explains that he forgot the songbook when Bob wanted to record 'Time Will Tell'. Nevertheless the session still took place but without the pre-written lyrics. 40 years later Garrick gives us the missing lyrics which you can find on Reggaeville. REVIEW BRISTOL'S LAKOTA HOSTS A CELEBRATION OF BRITISH RAP AND BASS MUSIC Trajections premiered at Bristol's Lakota, with heavyweight acts from the worlds of hip hop, grime and dnb making up the all star line up. Shouts out to Rodney P & Skitz for dropping some legendary UK cuts, Kevin Brown with his super smooth brand of rap and YGG who got the crowd pumped with his grimey vibes. The festivities then moved inside the venue where two rooms upstairs played host to a variety of UK bass music with Remarc, Tropico DJs, Neffa T and Kotei. Dirty Dike made surprise appearances alongside a rejuvenated Jam Baxter. Unapologetic headliner Casisdead was well worth the wait, turning the main room into a frenzy of moshing and rowdiness for the duration of this set. Diehard fans crammed into Chip Shop Brixton to witness one of New York city's finest underground rappers do his thing. Cormega grabbed the mic to rumbling applause with fans in the front row so hyped by his presence that the front instantly became a mosh pit. Starting with a tribute to Prodigy of Mobb Deep, soon Mega was wading into a selection of his most iconic tracks from 'True Meaning' & 'Mega Philosophy', ending with his notorious verse on 'Affirmative Action', a track from Nas' second album that cemented both Cormega and the other members of The Firm status as New York's hottest rappers. REVIEW CORMEGA BRINGS A TASTE OF NEW YORK TO LONDON Titled All Things Remembered, Goldie will premiere his book on November the 2nd through UK publisher Faber. However, before that join Goldie for a candid conversation on his life & career. From his upbringing in the West Midlands to gaining international success through DJing. The artist will also touch on the rise & fall of jungle, his own experiences with abuse, revenge, having an absentee father and finding redemption through reality TV.
