The 2014 Purdue Astronaut Reunion tour
stopped at Ross-Ade Stadium as several of the
Boilermaker graduates who spent time in space
took a victory lap in the golf cart after halftime.
The last man on the moon, Gene Cernan, is in the
front passenger seat.
One of the nicest days for a spring game in recent
memory helped an excellent crowd turn out for the
contest. With temperatures in the 70s, it was an ideal
day for football.

rusher with 43 yards on nine carries.
Senior Akeem Hunt proved to be the most elusive of the running backs with
54 yards in just nine carries, including the game's longest run of 21 yards.
