The prognosticators have to rank the games 1-5. For example, this week, if the Maniacs were most certain that the Purdue men's team was going to beat Cincinnati, they would rank that game a 5. If they were least certain that Indiana was going to beat Wichita State, they would rank that game a 1. Points will be tabulated throughout the season with each week having a maximum of 15 points. In case of a tie, the Maniac coming closest to predicting the total points in the featured Purdue game will be the winner. The guess for the tiebreaker is found in parentheses after the predicted winner of that game. Weekly Media Mania winners receive a dinner certificate for two to Bruno's Swiss Inn, located in West Lafayette and the yearly winner will be presented with the Golden Typewriter as the top Media Maniac. Next week, we will put in parenthesis the total points for the week/total points for the year.
