Uplink data rates [DR0 to DR4] and downlink data rates [DR8 to DR13] (minimum set 807 supported for certification) 808 2. Uplink data rates [DR0 to DR6] and downlink data rates [DR8 to DR13] 809 3. Uplink data rates [DR0 to DR4 and DR7 to DR8] and downlink data rates [DR8 to DR14 810 and DR0] 811 4. Uplink data rates [DR0 to DR8] and downlink data rates [DR8 to DR14 and DR0] (all 812 data rates implemented) 813 For all four data rate options, all data rates in the range specified SHALL be implemented 814 exactly as listed (meaning no listed data rate can be left unimplemented). 815 The list of data rates supported by the end-device SHOULD be communicated, as part of the 816 device profile, to the Network Server, using an out-of-band channel during the end-device 817 commissioning process. 818 The end-device SHOULD NOT use uplink DR5, DR6, DR7, or DR8 until instructed by the 819 network via LinkADRReq (which the end-device can NACK if these data rates are not 820 supported) or the device has out-of-band information confirming that these data rates are 821 supported. 822 For the network to instruct an end-device to use one of these data rates on enabled channels, 823 for example enabled using CFList, it is necessary to use LinkADRReq to communicate the 824 data rate to be used. 825 Uplink data rates DR7 and DR8 were additionally defined in RP002-1.0.5. 826 827
