The transmission time 1265 SHALL NOT exceed one second and is limited to one channel at a time. For interference 1266 mitigation, access to the physical medium requires a Listen Before Talk (LBT) with Adaptive 1267 Frequency Agility (AFA) transmission management or other similar mechanisms like channels 1268 blacklisting. 1269 Note: The limitation of scope to small-scale networks enters into effect 1270 after November 2021.
