Kugler's traits make
consummate captain

Senior center Robert Kugler's
no-nonsense, do-things-right
approach mixed in with a
sarcastic sense of humor and
engaging personality have made
him a prime leader. "When I
got here, one of my goals was
to eventually become a captain.
That's something I've always
aspired to," he said. "But I think
a lot of it is you just do your job
and eventually people will start to
respect that. If I was ever to give
advice to young guys it's just to
shut up and do your job because
people respect that more than
talking."
