They were a little shocked at how far they got. They are now selling the project as a fictional service called "The National Birthday Calendar." It not only helps you remember birthdays, it offers intimate gift suggestions. In this panel, we look at how social media can be used to fight sexism in science, highlight some of the recent viral activities on this front and discuss why it matters.
