(It's also where you can catch a Savannah Bananas game.) Southside Savannah: Home to shopping centers, parks, the Georgia Southern University Armstrong Campus and EXHILARATE — Adventure Zone, a climate-controlled escape for little ones looking to burn some energy. Thunderbolt: A quaint, waterside community known for seafood restau- rants like Tubby's Tank House, a Thunderbolt eatery pairing fresh catches with live music and a scenic marina view. Wilmington Island and Whitemarsh Island: Salt marshes and water- ways are perfect for kayaking and boating on these residential islands.
