7 51 Issue 64 / 2014 FASHION guestlist.net Two days after the beginning of the sales period, the inescapable brand of the fashion world Asos failed to lose his position of number one. Established in June 2000, the brand sells over 850 brands which represent more than 40 000 products online. This was all going so well for the brand! But, Saturday the worst happened. 10 000 millions of articles burnt in the 60 000m2 in the main warehouse of Barnsley. We don't know the exact reasons yet but it seems to be arson according to the british police. Severe blow for Asos which was forced to close their website for two days. Developed through the idea of individualism and personality expressed modestly through clothing, Paperboy aim to craft a unique range of clothes based around being yourself and being creatively fulfilled through the fashion that we choose to incorporate into our lives. In terms of the designs – a minimalistic but extenuated persona certainly springs to mind. Without adhering to a particular group or stereotype, the range is about a subtle expression; this is echoed in the subtle detail and slightly varied visual aspect of the garments themselves. Coming from the standpoint of "empowering those who want to represent", the line is speaking to youths who don't just want to adhere to big brands, but want to carry with them their sense of choice and look good whilst they're doing it. The online fashion store's Barnsley warehouse suffers a brutal fire A new start-up fashion range speaks volumes through subtle, perfected designs. ASOS UP IN FLAMES PAPERBOY
