Raheem Mostert has the look of
a champion after winning the
60- and 200-meter runs at the
Big Ten indoor championships.
The dual-sport athlete graciously
accepted his Golden Pete from
co-host Stuart Schweigert (inset)
for the "Breakout" performance
of the year. Mostert also worked
his way into the starting running
back position after spring ball.
Purdue
For Purdue fans, it is always
exciting to see a big play made
against rival Indiana. Senior
catcher Danielle Fletcher got
the Boilermakers off to a great
start in the first inning of a
doubleheader with the Hoosiers
on April 5 with a grand slam.
The Boilermakers won, 4-1.
Coincidentally, Purdue won the
nightcap by the identical score to
complete the sweep.
