No.1
Iowa running back Mark Weisman:
Weisman didn't have a dominating
sort of day, but his physicality was enough in the end
to grind out a winning performance. He had 76 yards
and two touchdowns, the difference in the game.
No.2
Purdue DB Frankie Williams: Wil-
liams' pick-six was Purdue's only
touchdown of the game, as he continued to show his
playmaking ability. He also had 10 tackles, second on
the team.
No.3
Iowa DB John Lowder-
milk: Iowa may have
already had the game in hand, but Low-
dermilk's two interceptions in the fourth
quarter left no doubt. He also had a team-
high seven tackles.
No.4
Purdue running back
Akeem Hunt: So maybe
51 of Hunt's 90 yards came on his first
three carries — meaning he averaged
only 3.5 on his last 11 — but at least he
appeared to give the Boilermakers a sem-
blance of a running game early.
No.5
Iowa receiver Kevonte Martin-
Manley: When Iowa needed a play
Saturday, Martin-Manley made it at a crucial time,
snatching that 23-yard TD pass with only 45 seconds
left in the third quarter to snap a tie. He finished with
74 yards on five catches.

Tom Campbell
Mark Weisman didn't have huge numbers against
Purdue, but it was the way he was able to grind in the
second half that helped the Hawkeyes.
