Hello my name is Stephen Toyra, and this is my third year
as a member of the Purdue men's basketball team. I have
learned so much the first two years, but the most important
thing is that hard work pays off. I feel very blessed, thankful
and humbled to be on a basketball scholarship this year. It
is a privilege that I always worked for and never expected to
receive. Because of the John Purdue Club, I am able to get
an education that is second-to-none and play for the most
prestigious program in the Big Ten. -ank you for your
donations and all your support of Purdue Basketball!

I am a senior on the Purdue men's basketball team.
I received a full scholarship for my final year, and I am
grateful! It is such a relief to not have to worry about the
financial burden that school presents. -e hard work has
paid off, and I want to say thank you to the John Purdue
Club members for their generous donations. When I say
that I am thankful for all that the JPC does, I am speaking
for my entire team. It is amazing to think about all the ways
we are supported by the JPC. It is a great experience when
we have the JPC members traveling on the road with us
to our away games, as well. It is even more awesome when
Mackey is full of the Boilermaker faithful! All the season-
ticket holders are truly the best in the Big Ten. All of us
know that we are blessed to have such great fans that are
engaging and encouraging. We can never have enough fans
and JPC members.
