It's how impossibly fresh it is that wins our favor—melt-in-the-mouth, simply divine fresh. They buy their fish from Gloucester's Halibut Jack as well as North Coast Fisheries and True World Foods. "While North Coast and True World are larger companies, we work closely with our contacts there to purchase as much local seafood as possible, and will adjust our menu accordingly; we also visit their operations on a regular basis. Chef Nori is quite picky and has a great eye for fish." And it shows. All the classics are on the menu, as well as a number of twists like the Tuna Bagel, Shaggy Dog, and Black Widow—all of which are on the must-try list. They also serve a nice selection of ve- gan, vegetarian, and gluten-free prepara- tions.
